Travel Channel’s Man Finds Food was a fourth-wall breaking traveling food show, hosted by Adam Richman. In season one, Adam and his crew went searching for off-menu treats and hidden, boutique restaurants in cities around the United States. Besides breaking the fourth wall, the show was an early adopter of meme-style jokes and editing.
Jess’s title on this show was story producer.
Episodes 3, 10, and 14 of the first season of Man Finds Food were written and post-produced by Jess. She exercised her creative freedom of the format to write jokes and experiment with custom GFX.
